Range of lightweight and compact cutter bars with low power absorption for use on traditional, isodiametric and crawler tractors.

They adapt to any type of ground, even in the presence of stones.

Focus

The Duplex cutter bars are suitable for mowing on hills, mountain or in the presence of steep soil and hollows thanks to the compact and robust load-bearing frame, designed to minimise the overhang of the cutter bar with respect to the tractor.

Cutting Unit

• Blade and teeth move simultaneously in opposite direction for a perfect scissor cut.
• Teeth with open rear profile that drastically reduce the possibility of clogging and, if damaged, can be easily replaced without disassembling the entire blade.
• Self-adjusting blade-holders to keep the best scissor cutting condition constant over time, avoiding bothersome manual adjustments.
• Linkages designed to give a continuous flow of movement to the cutter unit allowing it to work optimally at low engine speeds.
• Standard supplied hydraulic lifting allows the positioning of the bar from +90° (i.e. vertically) during end-of-field manoeuvres and during road transfer, and it operates trouble-free up to -55° with respect to the horizontal plane.

Versions available

• Duplex ‘Gold’ version: distinguished by double section teeth (distance between tips of 76 mm).

• Duplex ‘ST’ version: distinguished by triple section teeth (distance between tips of 50 mm) and it is recommended for stony soils.
